I am a 58 year old "gym rat" (for over 40 years), a former competitive bodybuilder, and an overall lifelong fitness enthusiast who now primarily focuses on helping others my age and older improve the way they look...while simultaneously helping their overall health as a bonus.
I've trained or coached almost 2,000 people either in person or online in my life and enjoy helping others my age get and stay in good shape and good health.

One-On-One Online Coaching
My 60 day One-On-One coaching program is slightly different from the INSIDE CIRCLE model. There are no Zoom calls & Newsletters. Instead, everything is literally one on one. Your nutrition plan and workout plan is custom written specifically for your situation, condition and goal.
You answer a series of questions, and I develop your initial programming. The good news is, you don't even remit payment for the program until I deliver your initial material to your email address. So there is essentially NO risk. Check-Ins are necessary with this one-on-one program. It is your responsibility to check-in with me often to assure maximum monitoring/accountability and results.
