About Michael Phelps

I am a 59 year old coach/trainer, a former competitive bodybuilder (Mr. Alabama 2011), and an overall lifelong fitness enthusiast who now primarily focuses on helping others my age and older improve the way they look...while simultaneously improving their overall health as a bonus.

For over 35 years, I've trained or coached almost 2,000 people either in person or online and enjoy helping others my age get and stay in good shape and good health.  

I believe that Fitness Programming should be according to YOUR situation, YOUR condition and YOUR goal. ..not someone else's.

One-on  -Online Coaching

My 60 day 1-on-1 coaching program is different from other programs offered.  There are no Zoom calls or Newsletters.  Instead, everything in this program is literally 1-on-1.  

Your nutrition programming and workout samples are customized specifically for your situation, your condition and YOUR goal.  

You answer a series of questions, and your initial programming is then completed.  The good news is, you don't even remit payment for the program until I deliver your initial material to your email address.  You don't pay for anything up front...So there is basically NO risk.   

Check-Ins are necessary with this 1-on-1 program.  It is YOUR responsibility to CHECK-IN with me often to assure maximum monitoring/accountability and results.
